I took the family to a new breakfast place in Blackwood, NJ called Blair Mountain Biscuit Company.
The owner started out in Virginia, and that is a state that takes their biscuits seriously.
The food is darn good. The biscuits have a savory flavor with cheese. They do a pretty good fried chicken as well.
I am looking forward to checking out their whole menu in the weeks to come.
