Who doesn’t like food?
I certainly do and I spent too much time talking about it, traveling to it, and reviewing it in text or in video.
While I still love food tourism, I am learning how to incorporate it into a healthier lifestyle.
We have been subscribing to snack box service Bokksu for a few years and my son recently started taking Japanese lessons so I thought it would be a fun idea for him to do a review video.
The September box had a Mid Autumn festival theme and featured more chocolate and mochi based treats than usual (much to Ben’s chagrin).
My family and Team Gorcka went to Cape May this weekend to just get away and I have been itching to do some outdoor video projects.
This first video of a little series and it covers our visit to Beach Plum Farm. We had some breakfast and bought bread and jams for later.
Ben also met a chicken.
We went out to eat for the first time in 6 months. Back to our favorite, the Woodbury Station Cafe.
I did a little filming… because why not.
Ben opted to be salty for the duration of the project and my Mom makes a rare cameo.
Last week I saw a Munchie’s video with these delicious looking Fire-Licked Beef Kababs. I really wanted to try them, so I found the skewers on Amazon, got them a few days later, and tried the recipe out.
I did have some trouble getting the kababs to stick together, but even the broken pieces were freaking delicious.
I haven’t had any of these 4 sandwiches. I have been to Bucci’s (John’s Roast Pork) but never had the steak. After the poor performance of Jim’s Steaks during my last visit #GameOn
